Stefano Mengoli is Professor of Corporate Finance, Director of the Master (Second Cycle Degree) in Corporate Management and Director (Bologna branch) of the Department of Management at the University of Bologna. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Siena and was Academic Visiting at the London School of Economics and PhD Visiting at Bayes Business School. He was a member of the National Scientific Qualification Committee in the field of Markets and Financial Intermediaries and Corporate Finance.
