Laura Formaggio graduated in Psychology of Work and Organization at the University of Bologna and she works as Head of Talent & Development at Rekeep Spa, an international reality with 80 years of history and 17,000 people who come to work every day of cities, people and buildings by developing facility solutions. In 15 years of work she has dealt with Outplacement, Assessment, Career Advice, Managerial Training, Coaching, Cultural Transformation, Organizational Wellbeing and Happiness; is a Transformational Ontological Coach and Member of the Coaching Practice Community (CPC) of Bologna and of the Coaching Doors Association.
