Raquel Guarnieri, a 2004 graduate in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Turin, has been an Executive Coach since 2015, MCC accredited by the International Coach Federation with over 4000 hours of Individual and Team Coaching experience. She also graduated in Corporate Coaching from the COACHU Corporate Master’s program and in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching España, a European center of excellence for the ontological-transformational coaching model. In 2005, she founded EEC-Italia, a coaching services and training company, with Laura Averone. In 2016 she was appointed Director of the ACTP program for the Bologna Business School and still holds the position. In 2018 she was elected President of the International Coach Federation Italy. In her current role at EEC she is mainly involved in organizational transformation and redesign processes in the context of development plans and managerial training and the implementation of talent development and growth processes for leaders and managers. He manages corporate coaching processes, both individual and group, in the Corporate and Business areas. Leads the training of internal coaches and leaders for large organizations. Work experience at leading Italian private, public and listed companies such as: ENEL, Ferrari, Santander, Luxottica, FCA, Iveco, CNH Industrial, Fiat Powertrain, Comau, ERG, L’Oréal, McDonald’s, Timberland, Poste Italiane, Telecom, Prima Industrie, Mirabilandia, Banca Fideuram, Save the Childrem, Business School of the Politecnico di Milano, ABOCA, Casss Depositi e Prestiti, SACE, Simest, Ferrovie dello Stato, Ferrarelle, Mutti, Deloitte. In Bologna Business School he is responsible for teaching the Executive Coaching Program, accredited as Level 2 by the International Coach Federation, providing training, practical sessions and mentoring.
