Gaëlle Ridolfi is Shared Value and Sustainability Manager at Hera Group, where she is responsible for activities related to the strategic approach to Creating Shared Value and the circular economy. Previously she worked from 2012 to 2014 in the sustainability consulting firm Indica, based in Emilia-Romagna, specialising in European design and public-private partnerships. From 2014 to 2017 she is senior consultant in EY, a worldwide network of professional consulting services, where she has developed a solid experience in the main areas of sustainability, with particular focus on stakeholder engagement, circular economy and shared value creation.
