Fabbri Tommaso is Associate Professor of Organization and Human Resources Management at the University of Modena e Reggio Emilia, member of the scientific committee of the International Doctoral School in Labour Relations at Foundation “”Marco Biagi””, member of CRIS – Research centre on Security and Risk Prevention and of Softech-ICT – Research centre on ICT technologies for business, and Director of the Master in Safety Management II at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
He serves as a consultant on organizational design, organizational behaviour and HR management to several private companies and local, regional and national public institutions. He is the author of a variety of books and articles in national and international journals.
He has been Visiting Professor at the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business Administration.
The course aims to analyze the relationship that can exist between strategy, organization, human resource management and performance, deepening the following topics: high commitment work practices; high performance work practices; coherence and complementarity in the practice of human resource management; processes of human resource management to create value; actors, instruments and indicators for measuring human resource management.HR & Organization
