Tommaso is Full Professor of Business Organization, Director of the Department of Economics and Deputy Director of the E4E Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He is Board member and Vice President of the Scientific Committee of the Marco Biagi Foundation. Faculty and Scientific Board Member of the Master program in Organization and Human Resources at BBS.His recent research has an interdisciplinary character and focuses on the digital transformation of organizations and human resource management, the datification of work relationships and people analytics. Tommaso is Visiting Professor at The Smeal College of Business Administration, Pennsylvania State University; He serves as a consultant in organizational design and behaviour, HR management, and digital transformation to several private companies and public institutions. He holds a PhD in Management at the University of Venice.
