Valeria De Fiore is a senior executive with over 16 years of experience in multinational and luxury companies. She has reached successful results in various business areas and possesses extensive knowledge and experience of sales, marketing and general management. She has developed an effective growth plan strategy and is fully fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish. Her specialties include start-up business experience, strategic thinking, branding & identity, innovative marketing approaches, sales orientation and team building.

Up until 2016 she was General Manager at La Praire Italy, where she was responsible for the national affiliate and its P&L performance. Prior to that she worked with Bulgari Parfums greatly increasing market share and profits. Currently she is working at Kao S.p.a where she leads their Salon Division (Goldwell, KMS California).
