After the degree in Philosophy at the University of Rome, a Master at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the School of Journalism at Luiss Guido Carli, Eleonora Cozzella, a professional journalist who has always been enthusiastic about food and wine, has started collaborating with several newspapers and online. Food writer and “Globe-Trotter”, she is a full-time journalist that writes forRepubblica Sapori (after coordinating for years, for the same group, the websites Kataweb Kitchen and L’Espresso food & wine). Sha has collaborated with several Italian and international magazines and she has been an examiner for the Espresso Restaurant Guide for 10 years; she is a member of the International Academy’s jury of 27 members of the world’s most prestigious award for cooking: The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
She is the author of the volume “Pasta Revolution”, winner of the ‘Food Culture’ section of the “Books to Enjoy” award.
