Danny graduated from Lausanne Hotel School, Switzerland, and achieved his MBA in EM Lyon, France. After working at the Four Seasons London as a F&B Cost Controller and later at MasterCard Israel (Marketing Strategy), he has funded Marketing 2 Go (2000) Ltd., a marketing consultancy firm specialized in the service industries, including F&B profit centers.
Among Danny’s clients: F&B entrepreneurs, chains of restaurants, and tourism regional councils. As an international F&B lecturer, Danny delivers his practical approach to business professionals as well as specialized Master/ MBA students. He teaches F&B Marketing and F&B Cost Control in leading academic institutions, mainly in France and Italy. Danny has delivered corporate F&B training in multinational companies such as Nestlé Professional Israel and Kempinski Hotels China.
