May 26 2016 - 6.00 PM - Bologna Business School - Villa Guastavillani - Via degli Scalini, 18 - Bologna

The lecture “Why Culture/Multicultural Competence Matters” is dedicated to the 3 International Programs:  Global MBA, Master in Organization and Human Resources Management and Master in Marketing, Communication and New Media.

It will be an occasion to better understand and reflect on the importance of cultural and multicultural competences in international contexts, as our School is.

The lecturer is Carmine Gibaldi, Associate Professor of management and organizational behavior at St. John’s University. He has taught at the Harvard Extension School for more than 10 years and, in 2013, he received the Joanne Fussa Distinguished Teaching Award from the Harvard Extension School. He maintains a management consulting practice in New York. His practice addresses change, leadership, team building, and understanding adult learners in the workplace, as well as executive coaching.*

The lecture will be introduced by Gabriele Morandin, Associate Professor of Organization Design at the Department of Management of the University of Bologna and Director of the Master in Organization and Human Resources Management at BBS.

Be Inspired.
