The fifth appointment with the Spring Edition of the Innovation Talks will host Riccardo Rossini, Partner at Egon Zehnder, the world’s largest privately held executive search firm and the third largest executive search and talent strategy firm globally. The event is organized in collaboration with Philip Morris Italia.

Market evolutions and their impact on talent: Egon Zehnder perspective, is the title of the event dedicated to the Community of BBS, during which Riccardo Rossini will talk about the current transformations undergoing on the job market and their impact on recruiting practices and the management of human resources.

Riccardo Rossini is a global advisor to fashion, luxury goods, consumer goods, and retail clients. He consults on CEO and board succession, board effectiveness, and executive team performance. Riccardo has deep expertise in CMO searches and is active in Egon Zehnder’s Family Business Advisory.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Riccardo Rossini ran the Consumer Practice in Italy for Bain & Company, where he led business process reengineering, business development, and major reorganization projects across Europe. Previously, Rossini was a Marketing Manager for S.C. Johnson Wax, Dannon Group, and 3M.

Riccardo Rossini earned an MA in business administration from SDA Bocconi University, in Milan, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Egon Zehnder is a global executive search firm, offering services and expertise in the fields of Executive Search, Board Consulting and Leadership Strategy Services. The firm was founded in 1964 by Egon Zehnder (a 1956 Harvard Business School graduate) and operates in 40 countries with 68 offices.

 

The event, dedicated to the BBS Community, will be held in Italian and English language, with simultaneous translation.
