Acting a neverending Business Reinvention: steering the continuous change

A virtual Masterclass on corporate reinvention will be held on Thursday, November 5th, from 6 to 7 pm (CET) to understand together how to lead change in a phase of continuous transformation.

The meeting will be held by Riccardo Silvi, Full Professor of the University of Bologna and Andrea Pia, VP Sales & Marketing Italy for AKQA, both professors for the BBS International Executive MBA.

In this historical era, we are facing with continuous changes like never before, that have consequences on the business and the management of the companies. In this context, digitization and big data are two driving elements that impose new models on companies. How can digital affect innovation processes? And to what extent can big data help shape more sustainable business models? These and others are the ideas that will be addressed during the meeting.
