“AIDP Award for Bar-raisers”, the contest for the best project work

The Italian Association of Human Resources Management (AIDP) has made available to the participants of the new edition of the Master in Organization & Human Resources Managment of Bologna Business School an award for an amount equivalent to €3,000 that consists of a study tour in Europe and a visit to a multinational company.

“AIDP Award for Bar-raisers” is the name of the contest and will be given to the best project work that will be presented at the end of the Master course.

The Master in Organization & Human Resources Management of Bologna Business School will start in December. It is a full-time program in English with an international focus. The program aims to prepare graduates from any discipline to master organizational design and human resources management challenges in multicultural contexts.

The curriculum of the Master is continually updated according with the changing market demands and the challeges that companies have to face. Prominent enterprises such as Eric Salmon&Partners, General Electric, Great Place to Work Institute, KPMG, Lamborghini, Linkedin, Vodafone, Tower Watson are partners of the Master.

The faculty is made of professors and managers with an international background. Interactive lessons, master lectures, in-company workshops, laboratories, career counseling, a one-month project teamwork with a O&HR director, meetings with former students of the Master, and an a 3-month internship create a unique environment that will allow participants to begin a successful career in business, consulting companies or other organizations.
